Welcome to CORE Therapy. This document is intended to help you understand what to expect from therapy, your rights as a client, and the limits of confidentiality. Your comfort, safety, and growth are our priorities.
What to Expect from Therapy
Therapy is a collaborative process focused on helping you explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe, supportive environment. Our work together may include developing coping strategies, processing past experiences, setting goals, and building skills to support your well-being.
While therapy can be highly effective, progress may vary and can sometimes involve discussing difficult emotions or situations.

As a client, you have the right to:
-
Be treated with dignity, respect, and without discrimination
-
Ask questions about your therapy and therapist’s approach
-
Decline or withdraw from therapy at any time
-

-
Access your records, as allowed by law

If there is reason to believe you are a danger to yourself or others
