Cancellation & Payment Policy

At CORE Therapy, your time and commitment are valued. The following policies help ensure that sessions are used effectively and responsibly.

Session Fees

  • Standard session rate for individual therapy: $100 per 60-minute session

  • Standard session rate for couples/group therapy: $150 per 60-minute session

  • Payment is due at the time of service via cash, check, credit/debit card

Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 24-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% full session rate.

  • No-shows or missed appointments without notice may also be billed at the 50% of the  session rate.

This policy helps us maintain availability for all clients and respect each other’s time.

Insurance

CORE Therapy is in-network with AETNA insurance. If out-of-network, a superbill can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement. Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage.

Emergencies

This practice is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, call 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
